Kinuginu no Hanayuki

Kyoto, a millennium ago. Prompted by a sudden whim, Tokimasa visits the estate of a woman he once abandoned. There, he makes a chilling discovery: her uncorrupted corpse resting within the mansion, surrounded by an eerie, drifting light. Consumed by the fear of a vengeful curse from the woman who died harboring a bitter grudge against him, Tokimasa seeks the aid of the renowned Onmyouji, Kamo no Tadayuki...

Inspired by a chapter from the classic Konjaku Monogatarishu (Anthology of Tales from the Past), this supernatural horror anime paints a hauntingly beautiful tale of tragic romance set against the backdrop of the Heian period.
