In search of clues to the elixir, Gabimaru and his group arrive at the castle of Tensen, the monsters who rule the island. Meanwhile, the shogunate sends additional expeditions to Shinsenkyo led by Yamada Asaemon Shugen, which are joined by the Iwagakure. Gabimaru must try to find the elixir and escape from the island as an all-out showdown between humans and celestial immortals looms near.
