One year after the miraculous night when Chimney Town was bathed in starlight, Lubicchi is still waiting for the return of his dear friend Poupelle. But as time passes, he begins to let go of that hope and tries to move forward. The movie is gonna be about the mysterious and uncontrollable "black bike" appearing in Yokohama, with Chihaya trying to capture it. As with white bike named "Angel" being showcased in the Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival that Conan, Ran, Sonoko, Kogoro and Masumi attends to, more reports appears about this mysterious "black bike" causing trouble with Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, giving the name "Black Angel/Lucifer".
